Team Canada earns semifinal matchups at Junior Pan American Games

Women’s and Men’s teams both one win away from World Cup berth



It was an action-packed Tuesday in Santiago, Chile. Canada’s men’s team took down Brazil 3-0, securing second in their pool and a spot in tomorrow’s semifinals. And the big story of the day was the Women’s National Team defeating Argentina 1-0 to top their pool and book a spot in the semifinals as well.

THE Trinidad and Tobago men’s hockey team suffered a heavy defeat to Argentina in the 2021 Junior Pan American Championships in Santiago, Chile, on Wednesday.

T&T national junior men’s hockey team came up short in its bid to reach the semifinals of the Junior Pan American Hockey Championship after falling to Argentina 9-1 in the team's must-win final Pool A round-robin match in Santiago, Chile on Wednesday.

T&T junior women’s hockey team will be keen to end its involvement at the Junior Pan American Women’s Hockey Championship in Santiago, Chile on a high on Thursday when it meet Argentina in the sixth-placed playoff.





When neighbours become good friends



When fire ripped through the national hockey facility at Pratera, in the Austrian capital Vienna, on the 13 June, the large hockey community that made the stadium their home was left with nowhere to train and play.
