Vitality England Women Begin European Quest With 3-0 Win Over Ireland



The Vitality England Women's Team started off their EuroHockey Championship 2023 campaign on a high as they beat Ireland 3-0 in their opening match held in Mönchengladbach, Germany on Friday.

England opened their EuroHockey campaign with a 3-0 win over Ireland in Monchengladbach.





Brave performance, but Scotland women fall short against home nation Germany at EuroHockey Championships



Despite an excellent performance by Scotland, clinical German finishing saw the host nation win 4-0 on day one of the Women’s EuroHockey Championship in Monchengladbach.

Judging by the relatively sparse opening night crowd for Germany women’s first match of EuroHockey 2023, this tournament is focused on the men after their World Cup exploits.

Düsseldorf: The Indian Junior Men's Hockey Team began their campaign at the 4 Nations Tournament - Dusseldorf 2023 with a thrilling 6-2 win over Spain on Friday. Rohit (28', 45'), and Sudeep Chirmako (35', 58) scored a brace each, while Amandeep Lakra (25'), and Boby Singh Dhami (53') scored goals as well to help India attain an important win. Nicolas Alvarez (1'), and Guiu Corominas (23') were on target for Spain.

India Men's Junior Hockey Team will face off against Germany today at 10:30 pm in the second match of the 4-Nation Dusseldorf 2023 tournament. The tournament is being played as part of the preparations for the upcoming  FIH Hockey Men's Junior World Cup 2023 which will be played in Malaysia between 5-16 December this year.
