PHF to hold trials for Asian Hockey Champions Trophy

The Asian champions trophy is the last opportunity to test the skills of the players

Belgium’s boys produced a crazy finish to become the first side to qualify for the semi-finals of the EuroHockey U18 championships in Krefeld as they defeated Germany. Scotland kept their hopes of staying up alive with Austria confirmed as relegated.

Belgium and Germany both stepped closer to formal qualification for the semi-finals of the girls EuroHockey U18 Championship in Krefeld as they shared a 0-0 draw. France are still in contention but their chances took a blow with a 1-1 draw against Scotland who were relegated as a result.





Scotland U18 Boys take vital victory over Austria in Krefeld



In a vital win, Scotland U18 Boys beat Austria 2-1 at the U18 EuroHockey Championships in Krefeld. The result put the Scots in third spot of the pool, and awaiting the results of other games to find their fate for the latter stages of the tournament.





Scotland U18 Girls held to a draw by France in Krefeld



Scotland U18 Girls were denied victory by a stubborn France defence as they battled out a 1-1 draw at the U18 EuroHockey Championship in Krefeld. The result leaves the Scots at the foot of the pool heading towards the crossover matches.





Another Productive Day for the Welsh sides.



Day Four of the Under 18 European Championships in Swansea saw positive results for both Welsh sides.

KUALA LUMPUR: The Jiwa Mohan Hockey Academy will field three teams in the Junior Hockey League (JHL) on Aug 3-19, and the Hawks aim to fly into Division One.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The 2023 Junior Nexus Championship (NXC), presented by Osaka Hockey, continued this week with the U-16 Girls division at the Virginia Beach Regional Training Center in Virginia Beach, Va. Twelve teams comprised of players from across the country battled for the title over three days of tough competition.

New Delhi: Hockey India’s latest initiative — ‘Match Officials Education and Development Plan’ has been lauded by Javed Nuruddin Shaikh, FIH International Pro League Panel Umpire, and Moghul Mohammed Muneer, FIH International Pro League Panel Technical Official. The duo believes that this initiative will further help aspiring Umpires and Technical Officials enhance their skills and knowledge about the game.
