Amid South African hockey's financial crisis, South Africa's interim hockey coach, Cheslin Gie, is hesitant to apply for the full-time men's hockey coach position.





England U18 and U16 Boys Shine Against Ireland and Ulster



England hosted Ireland and Ulster at Bisham Abbey for a 3-match series that saw both U18 and U16 Boys playing their first international fixtures of the season. An exciting and competitive week saw some varied scorelines, a wealth of growth and learning and two series wins for the England sides.

Railway Union are sending an experienced squad to the Eurohockey Club Indoor Trophy (W) in Cambrai, France from 17th to 19th February 2023.





Clydesdale head to Cambrai with promotion on the agenda



Clydesdale Western head for Cambrai with the aim of collecting the promotion ticket to Europe`s top table next year. The Glasgow club almost did that last year at the women`s EuroHockey indoor Club Trophy but instead they had to settle for bronze after finishing in third place, and promotion just out of reach.

Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh 16th February: Action continued in the 13th Hockey India Senior Women National Championship 2023 Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh with Hockey Maharashtra and Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu each picking up three points after victories in their respective games.  





TN, Maharashtra score massive wins in women's senior national hockey

Tamil Nadu scored 32 goals past Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra registered massive wins over Puducherry and Andaman and Nicobar in their respective Pool H matches of the 13th Hockey India Senior Women National Championship here on Thursday.
