Spain to host first FIH Women's Nations Cup featuring promotion to Pro League

Spain has been announced as the host for the inaugural International Hockey Federation (FIH) Women's Nations Cup from December 10 to 17 this year.

Field Hockey Closes California Trip With 6-0 Win At Stanford

STANFORD, Calif. – The North Carolina field hockey team wrapped up its West Coast trip Sunday without surrendering a goal, beating Stanford 6-0 to improve to 6-0 on the season.

Maryland field hockey’s offense, a unit that sports one of the country’s highest scoring margins, breached the New Hampshire shooting circle with ease two minutes into the game. On the Terps’ first penalty corner chance of the afternoon, Hope Rose scored her team-leading fifth goal of the season.





No. 6 Iowa field hockey shuts out No. 22 UMass for fourth straight victory

Spider Hockey Scores First, Falls to No. 14 ODU, 2-1



RICHMOND, Va. – The University of Richmond field hockey team scored first, but fell late in a defensive battle to No. 14 Old Dominion Sunday at Crenshaw Field.





No. 15 Field Hockey Falls to No. 17 Princeton

RU drops 4-1 contest to the Tigers



PISCATAWAY, N.J. – No. 15 Rutgers field hockey saw its three-game winning streak come to an end, falling 4-1 to the No. 17 Princeton Tigers. Marique Dieudonne scored her second goal of the weekend for RU, while Puck Winter had her first collegiate point with an assist on the play. Sophia Howard made six saves.





Indiana field hockey rolls to a five-game win streak, longest since 2014

It was another successful weekend for Indiana field hockey as the team went 2-0 to extend its win streak to five games, the most wins in a row since the team’s 2014 season. Indiana improved its overall record to 5-2 after beating Ball State University on Friday and Bellarmine University on Sunday at the IU Field Hockey Complex.  





Field Hockey Falls At Lock Haven



LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Lock Haven scored both of its goals in the fourth quarter on Sunday in handing Central Michigan a 2-1 loss in a nonconference field hockey game at the Bald Eagles' Charlotte E. Smith Field.





JMU field hockey snaps 3-game losing streak, goes 1-1 on weekend

JMU field hockey shut out by Louisville in 1-0 defeat

JMU field hockey lost 1-0 to Louisville on Friday. This marks the Dukes’ fifth loss to the Cardinals in just seven matchups since 1978.

Nyanza Region hockey girls champions Nyamira Girls unbeaten streak at the Kenyan National Secondary Schools Term Two Games in Nakuru ended on Sunday after being knocked out in the semifinals.
