Leonas blank USA, France double down on Argentina




Victoria Granatto scored two goals in a 3-0 victory for Argentina over the USA women. From start to end it was the Leonas who held the tempo of the game. While experience proved to be their enemy, the youthful American side showed they have a bright future ahead.





USWNT Battles Hard but Falls to Argentina FIH Hockey Pro League

BUENOS AIRES, Argentina – In their second meeting of the 2021-22 FIH Hockey Pro League, the No. 15 U.S. Women’s National Team took on No. 2 Argentina at Cenard in Buenos Aires. A scoreless first quarter, Las Leonas converted on three field goals in each of the resuming periods for the 3-0 victory.





SA Hockey Men named for Argentina leg of the FIH Pro League

The FIH Pro League classroom has been a tough one for the South African Hockey Men, who despite a harrowing start equipped themselves gainfully in the final few encounters in Potchefstroom. The team now head to Argentina to play the next two matches of their 16 match schedule in their inaugural, and as it stands only, venture into the flagship event.

The 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games Qualifier began on Tuesday, April 13 and ended on April 17 in Hamilton, Bermuda.

Hockey Haryana Emerge Champions of Senior Men’s Nationals over Fighting Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu



Hockey Haryana probably disappointed themselves more than anyone else when they exited from the 2021 Hockey India Senior Men’s National Championship at Pune when they went down to Uttar Pradesh Hockey by the odd goal in three in the quarterfinal stage. The Haryana lad made up for that disappointment with a resounding performance, winning the 2022 Hockey India Senior Men’s National Championship at Bhopal, outduelling Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu 3-1 in a shootout after both teams were locked 1-1 in regulation time.





Haryana crowned champion of senior hockey nationals after 11 years

Haryana was on Sunday crowned the champion of the 12th Senior Men's National Hockey Championship here, beating Tamil Nadu 3-1 in the shootout after the final ended 1-1 in the regulation time.
