Warmerdam strike gives Netherlands shock victory over Olympic champions Belgium



The Netherlands men earned a superb 2-1 victory over reigning Olympic, World and FIH Hockey Pro League champions Belgium on Sunday afternoon, giving the Dutch five points from a maximum six from their two encounters with the Red Lions in recent days.

Argentina beat Pakistan to place in quarter-finals, while Spain, Netherlands and Germany end pools on a high



The last day of action in the pool matches of the FIH Odisha Hockey Men’s Junior World Cup produced more high scores and a memorable battle for the remaining place in the final eight between Pakistan and Argentina. The pool stages were brought to a conclusion with Germany showing their class with an exhibition of attacking, creative hockey against Egypt.

BHUBANESWAR, India – At the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar, India, the U.S. U-21 Men’s National Team completed pool play at the FIH Odisha Hockey Men’s Junior World Cup when they faced a proficient Netherlands team. Controlling much of the game, the Oranje scored early and never looked back on their way to a 14-0 win.

Congratulations to 2021 National Hockey Festival Pool Winners



TAMPA, Fla. - The 40th edition of the National Hockey Festival is in the books after attracting thousands of field hockey fans to the Tournament Sportsplex of Tampa Bay. THE inaugural Standard Bank Junior Hockey National Festival saw a fine turnout at the Windhoek High School astroturf on Saturday, with 120 junior players representing 24 primary schools from five towns, in action.
