Dutch women dominate China while men defeat India
The Netherlands women marked their return to international hockey with a dominant 4-0 victory against China as FIH Hockey Pro League action headed to Eindhoven, so extending their unbeaten record in the tournament so far. It was a night for the debutants in the Netherlands men’s team, three of them scoring in their team’s 4-1 victory over India.

Eindhoven, 8th June 2023: Hosts Netherlands defeated Indian Men's Hockey Team 4-1 in a closely-fought encounter here in the ongoing FIH Hockey Pro League 2022-23. While Harmanpreet Singh (11’) scored India's lone goal, Pepijn Reyenga (17'), Boris Burkhardt (40') and Duco Telgenkamp (41', 58') scored in the home team's victory.

T&T’s senior women’s hockey team will be aiming to seal a ticket to the FIH Hockey5s (five-a-side) Women’s 16-team World Cup in Muscat, Oman next January when they begin main draw knockout play on Thursday at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus Turf, Kingston, Jamaica.
