Pakistan finished second at the recently concluded Youth Asian Five-a-Side Hockey Championship 2026 in Muscat.
Pakistan's runner-up spot ensures qualification for the FIH World Hockey5s Youth Championships.
Pakistan's 10-member squad for this Asian Hockey5s Youth Championship included no less than four players from Dar Hockey Academy, the country's finest: Asam Haider & Hassan Akbar (both from Kot Radha Kishan, district Kasur), Mohammad Usman (Sangla Hill, district Nankana Sahib) and Abdullah Awan (Fort Abbas, district Bahawalnagar)
